Los Angeles, California – June 27, 2023 – As a result of his successful Hollywood Fringe Festival performance with encore performances slated for Thursday, June 29, 2023, and Friday, June 30, 2023, at 7:30 pm, Bryan Ross was contacted to perform at the world-famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Bryan shares his journey into acting, how he became passionate about the arts, and what he hopes his campaign will accomplish in solidifying his future as a recognized and highly sought-after actor.
Bryan Ross has showcased his comedic talents at major venues such as Pasadena Ice House, House of Blues, The Laugh Factory, Ontario Improv, and the World-Famous Comedy Store. Bryan Ross has over 20 film credits as an actor and is also a multi-award-winning short film producer. He has worked on projects with notable actors and directors such as; Idris Elba, Ross Partridge, Matt Dillon, Adam Sandler, Linda Cardellini, Nimrod Antal, Fred Wolf, and Daniel Waters. During a recent press event, Bryan made these comments, “Movies gave me the confidence to be whatever I wanted to be in life. An actor isn’t restricted in what they can do. While growing up in Watts and Compton, California, acting offered me an escape from my challenging environment and a world of possibilities. Without pursuing my passion, I would not have had the opportunity to grace stages I only imagined, to experience different cultures, and to meet amazing artists.”
He went on to say, “My quest to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the United Kingdom was sparked by the opportunity to perform stand-up comedy at one of the world’s largest festivals dedicated to the arts. I am spreading the word about my campaign to attend Edinburgh to show young artists and students I once mentored that dreaming and having support from your community can be achieved. Working on projects with Tyler Perry, Jordan Peele, and Michel Gondry would be one of my career dreams and a great inspiration to artists like me who are dedicated to their craft.”
