The Geauga County Historical Society is once again hosting its annual Pancake Breakfasts in March 2020.

February 24, 2020 – Burton, OH – The Geauga County Historical Society is once again hosting its annual Pancake Breakfasts in March 2020.  The breakfasts feature all-you-can-eat pancakes (plain, blueberry, and apple-cinnamon) served with pure maple syrup produced from the Society’s own sugarbush and sugarhouse using traditional collection and production methods.

The four Pancake Breakfasts will take place on March 8, 15, 22, and 29.  Serving from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Available before or after Sunday morning worship.  

The menu includes all-you-can-eat pancakes served with the Geauga County Historical Society’s own maple syrup, scrambled eggs, sausage, and a beverage.  Cost is $8 for adults, $5 for children ages 5 to 12 years old, and free to children 4 and under.  

Served in the Lennah Bond Activities Center on the grounds of Century Village Museum, southeast corner of Burton Square.  GPS, 14653 East Park Street, Burton, Ohio 44021. For more information or group reservations, call 440-834-1492.

To add to the special event, the Maple Museum of Geauga County, one of the many historical exhibits, will be open free of charge for tours 10am – 2pm. The museum may be viewed before or after breakfast.  Come and absorb Geauga’s rich history of maple sugar and syrup making by coupling your meal with a visit to this newly opened exhibit located just yards from the dining facility.  If you have not yet seen this presentation of one of Geauga County’s proudest claims to fame, now is the time!
