Chicago-based mattress start-up, REM-Fit launches a pop-up storefront in Chicago’s Wicker Park (1262 N Milwaukee Ave.) from May 16th-31st.

It’s no secret that most people have trouble sleeping. But did you know that over 40% of people complain of sleeping too hot at night, or that 30% of people toss and turn in bed? These may seem like simple statistics, but one Chicago startup is digging deep into these numbers to design the perfect sleep environment.

“After having sent out tens of thousands of surveys and having combined that data with over 280,000 hours of recorded sleep, we had solid direction on how to design our products to deliver the best sleep on multiple levels,” says co-founder Jared Bell.
